The route we’ll sail

Yesterday, Yeliz, my crewing manager, called to say the route is (finally) known. It’s a doozy. Here is what it looks like:

Leg 1: Rotterdam, Netherlands to Narvik, Norway
Leg 2: Narvik, Norway to Hamburg, Germany
Leg 3: Hamburg, Germany to Nuuk, Greenland
Leg 4: Nuuk, Greenland to Milne Inlet, Baffin Island
Leg 5: Milne Inlet, Baffin Island to Nuuk, Greenland
Leg 6: Nuuk, Greenland to Rotterdam, Netherlands

I’ll be leaving in about three days for Rotterdam, where I’ll board the ship while it is discharging the cargo. It's iron ore from Brazil.

Now that the route is known, every bit of nervousness I’ve felt over the past few weeks has vanished. All that’s left is happiness.
