Reflections: early start to the day

An early morning brought a fiery sunrise and clusters of icebergs on the horizon, with Greenland’s mountains visible 75 miles away in the crystal air. Between bird life, fishing boats, and thoughts of cod, halibut, shrimp, and the mysterious lumpfish, the day felt vivid and full. Wrapped up in the cold wind despite the calm seas, I sat in my camping chair thinking of you all, grateful for WhatsApp messages, and sending wishes for Julie in Lille and for Sara to enjoy her new home even amid a little disorder.
