Reflections: Julien needs safety shoes
Still anchored in Narvik, I reflect on shifting departure plans, cabin cleaning satisfaction, and a sore shoulder from too many stairs with too heavy a bag. I’m prepping Julien’s visit, sorting safety gear, and bracing for a rough sea passage toward Hamburg. There’s quiet joy in the small routines, growing familiarity with the crew, and the comforting rhythm of shipboard life. And always, the question: will I get seasick?
